1. Are you manufacture or trading company?

    We're a professional umbrella manufacture which was started in 2000. Company founders specialize in umbrella industry more than 16 years.

 

2. Can you offer free samples? What is sample lead time ?

    A. Samples will be charged at first and it will be refunded after order confirmed. 
    B.Sample time : Within 7 working days after everything confirmed.

 

3. What is payment terms ? 
    T/T : 30 % deposit, 70% balance pay before shipment.
    L/C is providing for big order if you need.

4. How long about your production lead time ? 
    ETD: Within 10-55 days after order confirmed.

5. How does your factory control the quality?
    A. We have strict quality control system from starting to finish your order.

    B. Before mass production, a pre-production sample will be made for salesman to confirm. On each step, we have strictly online QC inspection.

    C. After goods packed in cartons, our QC will inspect goods at randomly based AQL, and send report to you.

1. When can I get the quotation ?

A: We will quote it  within 24 hours.

 

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: We can send you our stock sample with charges,but you need pay for shipping fee. 

B: We will make samples as your requirment after all details are confirmed.

 

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

A: PDF, AI, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.

 

4. Can you do the design for us? 

A: Yes. We have a professional team to design and manufacture.

5. How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: samples making time is 5-7days ,and sample shipping time is usually one week.
